She is a proven solutions-oriented professional with a track record of developing high functioning people and teams, and leading and delivering on complex, system-level, multi-stakeholder initiatives.

Her professional practice experience is augmented with experience in continuous quality improvement, infection prevention and control, OH&S, and clinical leadership roles throughout her 30+ year career.
