Aileen Edwards, MA, ACC
I am the founder and CEO of AME Consulting & Leadership Coaching who draws on a range of models and frameworks in bringing about transformational change. I role model good Human Resources practices and work with a range of clients and organizations. I am most happy working with clients at all levels who want to make changes to move forward in their career and personal lives, and with organizations on strategic planning, succession planning and leadership development.
I am a coach, mentor and facilitator who brings expertise in Diversity, Equity and Inclusivity to focus conversations that facilitate performance, change and learning relevant to their personal, organization or business context. I use coaching skills and strengths to assist my clients to achieve their goals, while helping them achieve success by engaging in a learning partnership with me to create purposeful actions for their goals and desires.
Prior to founding AME Consulting, I had 25 + years mentoring leaders in building their performance. I have coached leaders and executives with a keen focus on measurable results and unlocking life-changing insights, while optimising the client’s unique strengths. My most recent executive role was Chief Human Resources Officer at Markham Stouffville Hospital, where I provided executive oversight for the Human Resources, Occupational Health, Safety and Wellness and Volunteer Resources departments.
I am an Associate Certified Coach (ACC) with the International Coach Federation (ICF) and have a Master of Arts Degree in Leadership.
How Do I Get Started?
Please contact us to set up a free consultation with lead coach, Amanda Bjorn. After your consultation, you can determine the package and individual coach that suits your needs best.
You will be required to set up an account as part of purchasing your package. Once registered for the package of your choice, you will be enrolled in the coaching hub on our learning management system called Brightspace, which will house common resources and getting started information. You will be connected with your chosen coach and from there, you can schedule your first meeting with them directly.
