About Milena Braticevic
Milena holds a PhD in Integral Health from the California Institute for Human Science. Her main focus is exploring strategies for mental health development and prevention of depression and anxiety. In her research, she explores how increasing awareness of nonduality and the natural state can help ease depression and anxiety without the use of medication.
Milena currently teaches programs on Building Mental Resilience in Uncertain Times and Psychological Safety in the Workplace at the University of Toronto School of Continuing Studies. She has also delivered her programs to a number of organizations, including the Ontario Public Health Association, Workplace Safety and Prevention Services, and the Ontario Association of Social Workers. Milena has contributed as a speaker on mental resilience for the Ontario Society of Occupational Therapists and the first National Safety Council conference on psychological safety Valuing the Whole Person: A Summit on Psychological Safety & Wellbeing. Milena’s mental health literacy programs have helped individuals at various organizations and educational institutions build resilient minds and reduce the prevalence of common mental disorders and stigma.
