Tharsika Nadesapillai

Tharsika Nadesapillai, MHI, is Manager of Analytics and Business Intelligence at Lakeridge Health, where she leads the development and delivery of analytics solutions that support evidence-informed decision-making across the organization. She brings more than 10 years of experience in health analytics, business intelligence, decision support, and health informatics.

Tharsika has held progressively senior analytics roles at Lakeridge Health, including Decision Support Consultant and Senior Decision Support Consultant/Methodologist. She has also worked as a Business Intelligence Developer with ENHANCE Ontario. Throughout her career, she has worked with cross-functional teams to translate healthcare data into meaningful information and develop enterprise analytics solutions that support organizational decision-making and health outcomes.

Tharsika holds a Master of Health Informatics from the University of Waterloo and a Bachelor of Science with Combined Honours in Biology and Mathematics from McMaster University. Her academic background in health informatics, mathematics, and science complements her practical experience working with complex healthcare data and analytics.

In addition to her professional work, Tharsika has experience mentoring students and early-career professionals. As a CHA Learning faculty member, she draws on her experience in healthcare analytics and decision support to help learners connect health information concepts with their application in healthcare organizations.
