Kait Greer
Kait Greer is an information professional with more than 10 years of experience in healthcare, specializing in information governance, health information management, policy, and clinical information systems. She currently serves as Lead, Information Governance at Northern Health in British Columbia and has been a member of the CHA Learning Health Information Management faculty since 2022.
Kait has spent her healthcare career with Northern Health in progressively responsible information-focused roles. Prior to her current position, she served as Regional Policy Coordinator and led the organization’s Information and Data Hub Project. She began her career at Northern Health as a Clinical Application Support Analyst in Medical Imaging, giving her experience with the application of health information and technology in clinical environments.
Kait holds a Master of Information Management from Dalhousie University and a Master of Information from the University of Toronto. She is also a graduate of CHA Learning’s Health Information Management program and holds a Lean Healthcare Green Belt from Leading Edge Group.
In addition to her professional roles, Kait serves on the Board of Directors of the Canadian Health Information Management Association (CHIMA) and is a professional member and volunteer with ARMA International. Her areas of professional interest include health information literacy, quality improvement, user experience design, and digital transformation.
