Graduates of CHA Learning programs may order an official duplicate certificate.

Important: Certificates are typically available from 2003 to present. However, if you graduated before 2012, please contact us before completing this form to ensure we are able to access your records.

Cost: $50.00 plus tax for one copy.

Additional shipping fees may apply for international students.
