The Change Leadership Certificate (CLiC) online program equips learners to successfully lead change by integrating leadership with best practices in change management. Learners will be prepared to create winning conditions to foster change through essential information and tools, analysis of a real-life case study, and hands-on experience creating a change plan.

Explore how Perley Health used change leadership, interdisciplinary collaboration and cultural change to achieve a meaningful reduction in antipsychotic use among long-term care residents without a diagnosis of psychosis.

    CHANGE LEADERHISP CERTIFICATE (CLiC) ONLINE PROGRAM CONTEST (“CONTEST”) ADMINISTERED BY CHA LEARNING. (“ADMINISTRATOR”). Contest begins on 2026-09-17 AT 5:00am AND ENDS ON 2026-12-8 AT 1:00pm. (“CONTEST PERIOD”). *Eastern Daylight Saving Time.*

    NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN.  By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Administrator. Void where prohibited by law.

    Contest is open to legal residents of Canada who have reached the age of majority in their respective province or territory of residence at the time of entry. Employees or contractors of the Administrator(s) and immediate family members of, and any persons domiciled with any such employees or contractors, are not eligible to enter.

    1 (one) winner will be chosen at random. The odds of winning will depend on the number of entries received. The winner will be sent an email and will have 72 hours to respond. If no response is received within 72 hours, another winner will be chosen. Administrators are not responsible for prize fulfillment nor for any technical failures. Winning entry will be verified.

    A reply to the winning email is required within 72 hours before a new winner is chosen. The winner’s entries will be verified. The winner must:
